Isaac

After spending many years stuck with the same tired product to manage their data, the community media industry was ready for something new. Around the same time, three programs entered the market, one being Isaac. What differentiated it from the others was that it was cloud-based, responsive, and designed by a community media center for other community media centers. 

The campaign started with a flyer to present at a regional conference:

The recognizable designed was repurposed for an ad in the program at a national conference that declared: "Isaac has arrived." 

The product continued changing and improving as beta-testers suggested improvements and developers listened. The following year, we used the word evolved to communicate this ongoing process.

Isaac email campaign

As Isaac has grown in popularity, we designed an email campaign that was distributed nationwide, resulting in multiple stations signing up for Isaac in favor of one of the other products that entered the market around the same time.

Isaac had a presence at a large regional conference in 2018. A new marketing campaign was developed to capitalize on this presence, including a series of ads where multiple photographs I took were utilized.

As part of this campaign, we also created a lot of new email marketing materials, including a streamlined welcome email for new customers.
